Tap the scan button and grant Stampd access to your Photo Library. Stampd reads the location metadata (EXIF data) embedded in your photos and automatically unlocks stamps for every country and city it detects.
Make sure your photos have location data enabled. Some photos taken with location services turned off won't contain GPS coordinates. You can check by opening a photo in the iOS Photos app and looking for a map pin in the details view.
Yes — completely. All photo scanning and location processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos and location history are never uploaded to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to your Profile tab and tap "Delete Account." This immediately and permanently wipes all your stamps and settings from your device. There is no cloud backup — deletion is instant and complete.
Stampd uses geographic coordinate data to resolve locations. Occasionally, coordinates near borders or remote areas may resolve to a neighboring region. We're continuously improving our location data — please reach out and let us know so we can fix it.
