Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Introduction

Eve ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Eve is designed with privacy at its core. All your personal data — including your profile information, tasks, lists, chat messages, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally on your device:

This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up through your device's own backup mechanisms (e.g. iCloud backup).

4. Analytics and Tracking

Eve does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage patterns, collect device identifiers, or build user profiles.

5. In-App Purchases

Eve Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or servers. Your data remains entirely on your device.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security is dependent on your device's own security measures. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your data. If you delete the App, all associated data stored on your device will be permanently removed.

8. Children's Privacy

Eve does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or the submission of any personal information to function.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete all of your data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings. This permanently removes your profile, chat history, tasks, and all preferences from your device. Alternatively, uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information at all times. You can view, modify, or delete any of your data directly within the App without needing to contact us.
