Section 1

Overview

Zenith is a private iOS wellness application that reads health information you authorise through Apple Health and turns it into dashboards, fitness summaries and biological-age estimates. Zenith is designed to process this information on your device.

Section 2

Information Zenith Accesses

With your permission, Zenith may read activity, workouts, energy, steps, exercise time, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, cardio fitness, body mass, body-fat percentage, lean body mass, date of birth, biological sex and supported clinical measurements from Apple Health.

Zenith only receives categories you choose to share. Apple does not reveal to apps whether access to an individual Health category was denied. Missing or unavailable readings are left blank.

Section 3

Information You Enter

You may enter supported blood-test results and lifestyle information used in biological-age estimates. This information is optional and remains in Zenith's local app container until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Section 4

How Information is Used

Authorised readings are used to display your health and fitness information and to calculate personalised wellness estimates, including strain, recovery, sleep, stress, energy and biological-age insights. Processing takes place on your device.

Important Medical Disclaimer: Zenith's outputs are wellness estimates. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be used for emergency decisions.

Section 5

Storage and Protection

Zenith stores Biological Age history, blood results you enter and Biology display preferences inside the app's protected local container. Stored files use iOS file protection. Apple Health remains the source of the health records Zenith reads.

This release does not provide an account, cloud sync, advertising, third-party analytics or a developer-operated server. Zenith does not sell personal information and does not use Health data for advertising or marketing.

Section 6

Sharing and Third Parties

Zenith does not transmit your Health data or Zenith-created local data to the developer or data brokers. Apple operates iOS, HealthKit, device backup and App Store services under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. Data included in an encrypted or platform backup is controlled by your device and Apple account settings.

Information may be disclosed only if you intentionally export or share it using an Apple-provided feature, or if a future version clearly introduces and asks you to use a separate service under an updated policy.

Section 7

Retention and Deletion

Local Zenith data remains until you delete it from the Danger Zone in Settings, delete the relevant records within Zenith, or uninstall the app. Delete All Zenith Data removes Biological Age history, saved blood results and Zenith preferences from the device. It does not delete source records from Apple Health.

After local deletion, authorised Apple Health information can still be read again while permission remains enabled. You can revoke Health access in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Section 8

Your Choices and Rights

You control Health permissions by category and can change them at any time. Settings explains the data Zenith stores and provides local deletion controls. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal data. Because this release has no account or developer-operated data service, the developer generally cannot identify, retrieve or delete information held only on your device.

Section 9

Children

Zenith is not directed to children under 16, or the higher minimum age required where they live. It does not knowingly operate an account service or collect children's information on a developer server.

Section 10

Security

Zenith relies on Apple's app sandbox, HealthKit permissions and iOS data protection. Keep your device protected, review your Health permissions and install operating-system and Zenith updates. No software or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Section 11

Changes to This Policy

The version and effective date appear above. If Zenith's data practices materially change, the policy will be updated and any permission or consent required by law will be requested before the new processing begins.

Section 12

Contact

Privacy or legal requests can be made through the developer contact channel published with Zenith's App Store listing, or by contacting our team via the Zenith Support Page. You may also contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
